Mindfulness in Nature: Hike & Meditation

Join us for a peaceful guided hike and meditation experience designed to help you reconnect with nature and cultivate mindfulness.
Hike Details
Route: Main Green Trail (around the children’s area), followed by a small loop, and back around the levee
Distance & Duration: Approximately 1 mile, taking about 20-25 minutes
Meditation Location: Fire pit area
Meditation Duration: Approximately 20 minutes
To foster a tranquil and immersive experience, we kindly ask that all cell phones be silenced during the meditation session.
This event offers an opportunity to slow down, appreciate the beauty of the natural environment, and engage in mindful reflection. Participants are encouraged to walk peacefully, allowing the sounds of nature to be fully enjoyed by all.
